Título: POR EL CUAL SE REFORMAN LOS ARTICULOS 12 Y 13 DEL DECRETO LEY N° 10, DE 11 DE JULIO DE 1957, SOBRE ESTATUTO ORGANICO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES.
