Título: POR LA CUAL SE MODIFICAN, ADICIONAN Y DEROGAN ALGUNAS DISPOSICIONES DEL LIBRO I DEL CODIGO JUDICIAL.
Comentario:

Por mandato expreso de la referida norma, se modifican, adicionan y derogan varias disposiciones del Libro I y otras del Código Judicial, quedando además derogadas todas las normas vigentes que contraríen lo que a través de la presente ha sido preceptuado. Esta Ley modificó los Artículos 1, 3, 22, 26, 27, 38, 53 y 57, el numeral 1 del Artículo 87, el Artículo 100, el numeral 4 del Artículo 128, el numeral 15 del Artículo 159, el Artículo 173, el literal A del Artículo 174, el Artículo 190, el primer párrafo del Artículo 242, los Artículos 251, 262, 266, 271, 272, 325 y 329, el numeral 1 del Artículo 348, y los Artículos 349, 406, 409, 410, 423, 425, 430, 436, 444, 445, 446, 451, 452 y 455; adicionó los numerales 7, 8, 9 y 10 al Artículo 88, el numeral 15 al Artículo 98, el numeral 21 al Artículo 101, el numeral 15 al Artículo 199, un párrafo al Artículo 237, y los numerales 12 y 13 al Artículo 348; y derogó el numeral 11 del Artículo 101, el último párrafo del Artículo 269 y el literal b) del Artículo 438 del Código Judicial.
